Core Challenge
Educators are elite creators, yet their tools are broken. They spend hours inventing lessons from scratch because they lack a shared platform. Since their work stays inside the classroom, they miss out on better job opportunities, don't get credit from managers, and feel lonely in their work.
/ZERO TIME
Process
To design a platform that busy teachers would actually use, I focused on a fast, research-driven approach. I broke the project down into key user flows, and the process included:
User Research & Insights: I interviewed real educators to map out their daily routines. This helped me isolate their primary frustrations: creative fatigue, zero professional recognition, and a total lack of time.
Competitive Benchmarking: I analyzed visual platforms like Pinterest and professional networks like LinkedIn. This was essential to understand how to blend visual inspiration with professional credibility.
Frictionless Iterations: I focused on simplifying the interface, running multiple design rounds to strip away complex forms and create the fastest possible upload and onboarding flows.
/HOW IT WORKS
Core Experiences
The Screens: I designed a simple, visual feed and profile layout. Teachers can scroll and find ideas instantly, without wasting time.
The Upload: I made the upload process take 1 minute. Just snap a photo, add a title, and it's live, no long forms.
The Style: I built a basic component library to keep the design clean, premium, and easy to develop.
